The sweet older woman that served me this morning was having some problems with the donut machine not working, though she was panicking about not getting the product out in time, I perfectly understood. She apologised for the wait and made me a free milkshake;

The service is fantastic and not only that they write a positive afirmation on e every cup to help you through you day. I thi store and the great staff.
