I really enjoy coffee and I only drink decaf. That means I only drink it for the taste. My family and I have had coffee here many times and it is usually OK. Today I ordered a decaf long black with a shot of milk (a white coffee, that I had to explain to the waitress) and my daughter had a hazelnut milkshake. The milkshake arrived first with the school aged young waitress with dirty blonde hair basically throwing the milkshake on the table, quickly turning her back on us and prancing away without a word. The coffee was next (after a lengthy wait) I took a sip and promptly spat it back in the cup. It was the most sour coffee I have ever had! Now as I said I drink decaf all the time and I know that they do not sell as much decaffeinated coffee as regular so sometimes the coffee can be a little old and sour. But this was way beyond belief, then my 10 year old daughter told me that her milkshake tasted like chemicals so I had a sip and "YES" I tasted like a chemical cocktail. Almost like they had left a spoonful of detergent in the metal container that it was served in. I took the drinks back promptly and told them the problems.

I received no apology, however a woman who identified herself as the business owner came to my table and said "What's wrong with the drinks? I made the coffee perfectly." I explained to her that decaf is sometimes sour if the beans are not fresh. She then told me that there was nothing wrong with the beans and reiterated that she had made the coffee perfectly. She offered to replace the drinks and my daughter got a caramel milkshake and I asked for a refund on the coffee. The owner said "I am not giving a refund on the coffee. I made it perfectly" I told her that she should not take it personally. After a few minutes the milkshake arrived with the same waitress as before and again she literally just dropped the milkshake on the table spun around and walked off without even a nod. So if you enjoy good service happy staff and great drinks you should go somewhere (anywhere) else.

Keith Swaffin-Smith. I have been going to creama since it opened. I now go nowhere else. I always have my cappuccino hot and chocolate. The ladies there are always happy, smiling, and willing. Over this time I have found they will go out of there way for their customers. Why go anywhere else.

Good coffee but staffs are showing some sort of don't care attitude!

Expensive & medium strength coffee but it tastes OK. $6.80 for a large black coffee with syrup. That's a lot for boiling water, no milk and a cashier with a blank stare and an "I don't care" attitude. Perhaps the take away cup was worth 3 bucks?

Dirty tables, went to sit down and was bought our drink out while our table still had other people's leftover plates sitting there. Didn't take them until the food was brought out and we asked them to move them.
