  I had my car 3 series e90 go in to this dealer 3 times. twice, to check for a leak as coolant kept running out. Over 3 months they checked it 3 times and said there was no issue with the car. I eventually got RACQ to come check after the coolant light came on again on my way from Brisbane. It took RACQ 2mins to show me there was a crack in the radiator which looked like it'd been there a while. I was disappointed and called them to explain how it had been missed.

  They apologised but no offer to match 'humphrey's' who quoted $850 was considered. I had been warned not to service my car there before but chose to give it a go anyway. I won't be taking my car there again. Not good enough

  My X5 went in for an oil change and came out washed and vacuumed. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks guys :)

  I have to give them 1 star at least. People don't take your car to them. They put marks on my car all over i found after the service. They said they will fix it and took car next day after my wife remind them. Drop the car exactly same not even touched. When i called next day i have been toss n turn from person to person since then.
