    Doesn't deserve any stars. They have had my car for a month just to replace the driver's door and I get it back unfinished which I have to take it back when they get the right part. Get it home and find out they took back passenger door card off and a screw is missing and broken lock. It was just the front door I needed. Not bloody happy

    Picked up the car yesterday after great service from all at Sowerbys. We were travelling and they went above and beyond to not only source the only genuine part left in Queensland but they did a great job in getting our car back on the road. Thank you to all.

    My car went in to be repaired, came back with mice in it. Sowerbys won't do anything about it and there excuse is they don't have mice and it would take longer than 4days to get mice in my car!!

    They did a good job with repairs on my car. I did have to go back with an issue & it was no problem they sorted out the issue right there on the spot.
