sales personal were very helpful but the shopping space lack of fresh air and the layout compared to other big w stores is very disappointing.

Had an absolutely disgusting experience today... I went in to get a certain eye liner and went straight to the make up section and because they didn't have what i wanted I went to leave and I let the lady, who was checking bags, check my bag. She then pulled out my purse and went through my bag and touched all my items as she obviously thought I had stolen something. Absolutely disgusting as they are not allowed to touch other people's property and I definitely will not be shopping there again. Terrible customer service.
