  I purchased an inflatable bed from Tentworld only to have the wrong item sent. Even after sending the item back with tracking via Aus post i still have to wait weeks for them to receive it back and then send me the correct item.

  Great prices and great staff, massive range of all you outdoor needs. I needed a Dual Battery System, charged up and ready to go. Was no problem for the team to have this ready for me on my way through as I lived over 2 hrs away. Also found out that my old Engel had kicked the bucket on the morning of my departure for a few days RNR. Again rang ahead and they had a new Engel cooled down and ready to go when I arrived. Great service, will definitely be buying all my camping needs from them in the future.

  I did not make the mistake and they are doing nothing to fulfil the purchase contract made to them. The only resort i have left is to contact my financial institution to try and get my money back.

  Very friendly staff. I have been going here for the past 20 years. There has been quite a few changes for the better in this time. The range is exceptional. The online shop is great and they are willing to do quotes if required. I will be in there for more camping gear. Love the shop and the staff.

  Thanks for the heartache Tentworld. I will never use you again and neither will anyone i speak to be recommended to use you. At least Snowys know how to treat a customer
