  I am new to Toowoomba and I must say I am fussy about 2 things; my coffee and who does my hair. Now I know where to go for both. I had a bad experience on the phone yesterday with a young barber who wasted my time and finally couldn't be bothered returning my call. No customer orientation what so ever. Then I went to Bou's on Margaret and met 2 lovely ladies. Got my hair cut by Yvonne (hope I spelt that right) who did a fantastic job. Price was right, company was great, all round great experience. Made my day, I'll definately be back.

  I had a haircut and beard trim today at Bous For Men in Margaret Street, Toowoomba. While the staff were very pleasant and I was pleased with the cut and a beard shaping, I was dismayed to find that neither of the two barbers in the store could offer me a beard outline and trim with a straight razor as they had not been trained. Its a little bizarre that a business that prides itself on providing an holistic Barber experience does not have personnel trained in the basics of Barbering. I am hoping that they will receive training as I otherwise enjoyed the experience.

  For 2years now Bou's for Men in Grand Central have given my client a hot towel treatment he enjoys so much. I want to thank you for the happiness you give him each time we come in.
