  Had my formal dress altered and cleaned here and they did an amazing job with it! Very careful not to disturb the beading and got the marks out for me. Very happy with their work and really friendly staff. Will definitely be bringing my dry cleaning here from now on.

  Should not have even rated it a 1 star but had to select to be ablr to leave a review. Asked all appropriate questions when dropped of suit and 2 ties eg will they be ready for collection tomorrow gave contact number. Arrived to collect to be told that there eas a stain on tie which didn't come out and eould i like it to be treated again as they didn't know what stain was. Why wouldn't they use the contact number to ask the customer before collection. Relayed these sentiments to staff member who had no answer other than to retreat it but I live 709km away and leave at 6am in morning. At this stage I wasn't happy and said that if this was the way they ran their business I would not be returning and the the reply "that alright" from the staff member. I wiuld like to have the confidencd to say this to my cystomers in my business in todays econonic environment. Totally disgusted on all avenues. DO NOT GRACE THEIR DOORS GIVE ANOTHER ONE IN TWMBA A CHANCE YOU WONT LOSE ANYTHING.

  I have had two pillows ruined with no compensation only that I would not be charged. These pillows have been dry cleaned numerous times with no problems. Now the feather one had been totally destroyed and the wool pillow is just lumps. The pricing is strange in that Jason king woollen underlay is cheaper to clean than a synthetic queen quilt. At least Buddina dry cleaners were consistently priced and their service excellent.

  I always recommend this is the best dry cleaner in Toowoomba for their quick and excellent service.

  I am very happy with the service of Knight dry cleaners. I have brought a wedding dress and there were few marks on that. They cleaned the marks very well and returned the dress so quick
