  The best Fish and Chips in Toowoomba! Chips are cooked perfect and are not over dosed with salt. Fish and salad were prepared beautifully.

  Tonight we had flat head, over cooked and tasted of amoinia maybe freezer burn? Very disappointing as it was not edlibe, come on guys you can do it right but your only as good as your last feed

  Last time I was here I waited an hour for my order. "OK, it was a Friday night and they were busy", I thought, but all the same it would have been nice to be advised of the wait time in advance. This time I ordered and came back in 25 minutes. When I returned I was told my order wasn't ready yet. "I'll come back" I said. Went for a walk and came back 20 minutes later, only to be told by the lady who must have been in charge since she was the only adult behind the counter, and in a tone that implied it was my fault, that my order had been thrown out as I took too long to return! I suggest they review the efficiency of their preparation and cooking procedures and invest in some customer service training. But I'm afraid I'll be taking my custom elsewhere.

  They do great fish and chips. Food is always ready within a reasonable amount of time. Staff are excellent.
