  Wish I saw the reviews before I purchased a puppy from this place. Puppy had a hernia that the vet said the pet shop should have let us know about. Called pet shop and they will not do anything about it. Will have to take legal route now. Avoid this place at all costs.

  I bought a 1 year old ragman from you and took her to the vet within 48 hours and paid for vet bills as the vet told me she had cat flu.. And I went in and seen you in person in less than 10 days and nothing was done about it and you denied she was sick when I have a vet bill stating other wise.

  Of course it's now my responsibility to care for her but it is NOT right to sell a sick animal without any acknowledgment or care for her or the other cats that shared the same enclosure...

  Nice large pet shop, good range, all looking healthy. Smell seemed normal to me! Didn't see anything unpleasant. Sad to see so many bad reviews.

  Good service. But the place is discussing. The smell is overwhelming and the animals look depressed when they should be happy and that's probably due to the conditions of the place.
