  Colliers Toowoomba really are the best in their game! They have the widest understanding of all elements of property, from Renting to Sales, Industrial to Homes. Their team are the most well known in the local region and are great guys and woman! I wouldn't consider another agency in Toowoomba to be honest. A huge thank you for all of their assistance in my portfolio thus far! Looking forward to more growth with you all!!

  My son rented a townhouse for which Colliers were the agents. They lost paperwork and neglected maintenance, allowing an intruder to gain entry through a door with a broken lock (despite repeated requests for its repair) and steal his property. When he moved out at the end of the lease he went to great lengths to clean the unit - I inspected it myself to be sure - but they declined to refund the bond. I suggest renters look for more ethical real estate agents in Toowoomba to deal with.
