  I know the owner of Forbes Realty from his work at Dalby and for many reasons but most notably, if only for his response to someone having a serious (underserved) crack at one of his staff, Peter deserve the 'all class total respect' award.

  I would say to avoid the woman with hair from the 80s due to her gross incompetence but if tenants were to avoid every dodgy, arrogant moronic rental agent, you'd have no hope of ever renting a property. The rental agent is a disgrace. They pick and choose which applications go to the owner and then lie to the applicants. I can't quite understand how she expected to get away with it either because the property we applied for was originally advertised privately, so we had a direct line of contact to the owners and they never saw our application. Sad, unprofessional and disgraceful that they just can't tell the truth and reject our application upfront but instead choose to lie (and no darl, the property was not taken off the market!) Any response to my review will be riddled with lies because that is all these people know. Genuinely do not know how they sleep at night but it comforts me to know that they will never go anywhere in their career except maybe promoting up to hairdressing. Karma will get them one day.
