    These guys were frustrating to deal with. We were never provided with a screen door key when we moved in to our rental and despite asking for one numerous times, six months later we still do not have one. We found them very unprofessional and unresponsive.

    Avoid at all costs. Rent, buy, sell with someone else that can actually do their job properly and not drive people away.

    If you want to be bullied and harassed then PRD will be perfect for you. They have to be the most unprofessional and badly managed business in Toowoomba. The property management section is a complete joke where aggression and intimidation tactics are used frequently.

    Belinda on front counter is an absolute gem. Went out of her way to help us find old records.
