  As far as property management goes, R&H were the best a few years ago. Sadly this has changed. Beware interstate investors, I was lucky that a tenant contacted me directly.

  First encounter with them should’ve been a warning sign. Lady at the house inspection was rude, didn’t introduce herself or welcome us just stared at her phone until I said something. Continued staring at her phone while we asked 2 easy questions that she had no idea to the answer of. Still, we liked the house so we applied on a Friday afternoon. Lady at reception was nice and said we should know by Tuesday-ish. On Thursday we finally rang to find out the “house has been rented elsewhere earlier in the week”. Would’ve been nice if they’d taken the time to let us know earlier, instead we sat around waiting and now we’re running out of time to find a new house. Hope they can make changes to their system.
