  I made the best decision about 6 weeks ago when I changed to Realway Property Management. From the moment I met Cooper, I knew I was in safe hands. He immediately identified why my home was vacant, offered some easy solutions (including Professional photos) to find tenants for my home which had been vacant for 2 weeks! Within 3 days from signing the paperwork, I had a choice of 3 new tenants! The service did not stop there. I was passed onto Amy, my dedicated property manager who offered feedback about each applicant and made my decision easier.. then came a few maintenance items and nothing was too difficult. This included Amy offering to physically go to Bunnings on my behalf to pick up some new caps for some drains and drop it to my new tenants to save me the time and money of a tradesman doing it. The team goes above and beyond to take care of my home which puts my mind at ease.
