    Obviously the staff aren't fully aware of holding time, or ordering shoes when they say they are going to. My daughter got fitted for shoes for school 21day ago, employee said ok to come back in a week to lay by. I returned a week later to put down$, was told they were sold over weekend we only hold them for 24 hours. Fair enough. All staff should b aware of holding times. Employe said I'll order them b 7 days, I'll call u when there in.

    11 days later I call them , They were not ordered by the girl. So pissed. Another girl says we have a shipment coming in , but no idea when? Unbelievable. Tell me she call Brisbane stores to find the exact pair. Call me follow day to say I ordered them, don't know when they b here , I'll call. No apologies, totally incompetent . I called Springfield store at orions and found the exact shoes in 5 mns.
