  I have booked 3 overseas trips through Megan Collins at Flight Centre, Grand Central. Megan comes across as someone who loves what she does & I find her to be very approachable and friendly. Each time she has been super helpful, always responding promptly to my emails and / or phone calls. I definitely plan to continue booking through Megan!

  I recently walked in to Flight Centre in Toowoomba to book flights, which i decided to change within 24 hours.. the representative was an incredibly lovely girl named Hannah who could not have been more helpful and concerned for my needs.. Flight Centre is very very fortunate that they have Hannah on their team. She is a one in a million .. i will be sure to keep Hannah as my travel agent as she was so delightful and committed. Nothing was a problem and i can see she will rise anove the ranks in this field.. Screw Turner you are very lucky that she chose your company to work for..

  After having great service over the phone and email to walk into the store and be ignored... although they are with a client a simple " Hello I won't be long" is not hard. Acknowledge me!! If I had not already paid my money I would have left!!

  We've recently booked a Europe TopDeck Tour through Flight Centre Grand Central and Sarah Locke couldn't have made the process any easier! She was so patient and helpful while choosing dates/locations and quickly responded to any and all queries I had. I would definitely recommend booking through her, because the time/stress it saved me in research and bookings has made me so much more excited for our trip!

  Very great service. They have done an amazing job and been very informative in keeping me up to date with my booking. I recommend them to everyone I meet and talk to about my travels. Could not of asked for a better travel agent.
