    I have been with Vision Accountants since moving to Toowoomba. They have been fantastic. All my returns are done properly, there is no cooking of the books as some accountants will do that put you at risk of being audited by the ATO. All in all its been a good working relationship and good long-term accountant to have.

    We have used these accountants twice thinking that we would give them a second chance after their first slow first go at our very simple tax returns. Mistake. Both times we had to chase them numerous times to see what stage they were at after having them for months. No communication and very slow. There will definitely be no third chance.

    Always a pleasure dealing with them. Friendly and helpful staff. Been doing tax with them for years now. I can even just send email receipts and updates and then just come on down for a quick signature and go.
