    The manager showed no empathy and the attitude was like ....TO BAD TO SAD.. Oh well he had no intention to make us happier customers so will never come back ....

    Nice place to meet an have a catch up with your mates over a nice coffee. In the few times I've been here I've received great friendly customer service.

    Absolutely disgusted my Aunty and I paid $25 for 2 coffees and 4 scones.

    Scones not fresh , $4 per scone, bought 4 , only got 2 jam sachets for 4 scones, unbelievable. Spoke to manager re cost and response was they buy from bakery and the cost for his shop meaning rent and such is why the customers pay a ridiculous amount for a scone
