    Salad was nearly compost and when I asked for a replacement the staff treated it like a personal insult. They messed up the drinks order as well. Terrible service and food.

    This place is must to stop in , coffee lovely, breakfast always consistent, pastries yummy, a variety of cheeses, staff a pleasure. We will be back through on our travels.

    Lovely staff. Fantastic coffee. Divine and healthy food. You couldn't ask for more. It's a really great place to go!

    It's been a long time between coffees at Karsten's! Memories of that artichoke salad, nutseed slice also linger along with the scintillating conversation. Coffee is still good hot & strong with a great choice of cakes, slices & pastries at an amazing $10.50 with no compromise in quality. Where else in Toowoomba, I ask.
