  Had a bad experience at Humphrey Motors. Felt cheated and totally disappointed with the service. Had an obvious leak from the water pump area and coolant can be seen dripping after the car is warmed up. Was booked in to drop the car off early in the morning. There was no update the whole day until I call them prior to them closing. They told me that they carried out a pressure check and nothing was leaking which I'm puzzled. Charge me a diagnostic fee of $115 which I don't mind paying but said they were too flat out to do further test. It was them who booked me when i called them 3 days back. I was told to bring in again if i wanted it to be diagnosed again and another $115 will be charged. Although they said they cannot find any leak, they suggested that i should change the water pump but cannot be sure if the problem will be fixed. They told me in the morning that they will prepare a quote for me for any follow on suggested work. However no quotes were prepared and again said they were too busy. Started my car again now as I'm typing. After about 10mins, coolant is seen dripping again. Totally not ethical and dishonest in my opinion. Just to share my disappointment.

  Outstanding Service!! Polite, fast, high quality work and all done with a smile. All the boys go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy! will never go any where else.

  Customer service was amazing with Kirk at Humphrey Motors. Have never had a mechanic go through everything that was performed/that needs attention in the near future. Service pricing was very reasonable. Very friendly and will be returning for future services.

  Kirk and his team are absolutely amazing! They took on our vehicle after shotty work was performed at another unnamed mechanic, not only did they fix the problem and the other mechanics screw up but they done so with excellent customer service and professionalism... they have now become our regular go to for all our other vehicles.

  Great value for money. Very fair with their pricing. Excellent customer service with friendly, courteous staff. Will go out of their way to explain exactly what is happening with your vehicle. Cannot recommend them highly enough. We will definitely be going back.
