    First time i went into the toowoomba store was treated nicely and put a layby on . 1 week cancelled layby as it was on sale online way cheaper. Went in to cancel the same lady treated me terrible was rude no hello no smile nothing! 8.9.17 was given a refund today 15.9.17 and still hasnt been put into my account ive made 3 phonecalls to the store to be told to wait another day wait another day amd now 2 phonecalls to customer service to be told the same thing . Or its your bank not our fault. Disgusted is the least i can say right now.
