  I had arrived at the medical centre and told the wait would be 40mins. 2 hours later I asked the receptionist how much longer before I could see a doctor and got told I had only been waiting 30mins! I showed my parking ticket which had the time and date of when I arrived and got told it mustn't be working! Then got told I would only have to wait behind another 3 patients. After 6 other patients were seen before me, I left. Absolute disgrace

  The nursing staff literally saved my life recognised I was in need of hospitalisation. If it wasn't for their quick thinking I would not be here today. There can be a lengthy wait at times but totally worth it as they bulk bill. If your in a bad way ie bleeding, chest pains or having trouble breathing etc you will be seen sooner if not straight away.

  I see a lot of people complaining about waiting. When it doesn't cost you anything to see a doctor that in itself is a big bonus. My wife and I waited to see our doctor for three hours once. We didn't complain because we saw our doctor we wanted and got free bloods etc. On the five occasions we have been to this centre we have been seen in a reasonable time and treated really well by everyone working there. But who cares how long you have to wait as long as you get cared for. Dr Leticia Botha is an amazing person and if it wasn't for her being on the mark with her diagnosis and action I would not be here now.. I owe her my life and am forever grateful.Thank you

  Reception staff are lovely. Doctor Drew is the best doctor I've seen she's straight up tells you how it is.

  The point of this surgery is to sit and wait, they are very upfront with that and if you aren't comfortable waiting, don't. Plenty of surgery's take appointments, it's great to have one where you can just come in whenever. Doctors are nice and everything you need is there.

  I've visited three times. I saw Dr. Tuttle twice and another Dr the third time both were excellent. My average wait time was 2 hours -I did not have to pay parking any of the times I was there- which is reasonable considering there are no appointments, no cost to me, and usually around 12-15 other people already there. I went there seeking help for the first time and found Dr Tuttle understanding, funny, and comforting -a wonderful combination for a doctor. The second doctor I saw when I was seeking a medical certificate -to which he explained precisely why it was reasonable for me to need one given my previous appointments over the previous two months. This doctor I had noticed working efficiently throughout the night seeing patients (this did not mean he rushed my case). From my experiences thus far this medical centre (including the receptionists -both of whom were polite) are deserving of a greater rating than it has been granted and a much more sincere appreciation from the patients.
