  Staff here are very helpful and friendly, great at their jobs. Great for all printing needs and was pleasantly surprised at the cost.

  Normally I love office works however I chose the online click and collect order for a chair whilst I was working. My receipt of purchase told me I would be contacted as soon as the chair was in store (5-7 business days it stated) I waited a week and stopped by to check. Asked the staff at the counter and without even bothering to look or contact other staff to look she simply said 'if we haven't called it's not here...'

  So I waited another week. After getting frustrated I sent off an email to the office works website as my tracking number wasn't even working. Apparently it had been there the whole time. I had no form of contact from what so ever to let me know my order was in.

  Great store, BUT. Whilst they have huge range and very good value, they never have enough staff. This results in LONG waits in the queue. Doesn't matter whether you're just making a quick purchase, asking for advice, or getting photos developed, YOU'LL BE WAITING. (I Suspect it is because they waste staff at stupid posts like the "Hi, how are you today?" lady who greets you at the door. Not needed. Put her behind the counter!)
