    I think her name was veronica with the red and hair and extensions. She was so good I can't believe how well my hair was done at such a reasonable price. I'll go back for sure!

    Poor service. I went in today with the simple aim to get some purple shampoo for oily fine hair and some hair spray. I was spotted by the staff but not approached. Ten minutes passed as I vaguely scoured the stock needing assistance. Two other customers who walked in after me were then approached, assisted and served, one was wanting the same product I was after so I followed but was not acknowledged. Another customer walked in and was served immediately and I was told they would be a few minutes. I had waited in excess of 15 minutes. I left dissatisfied and disappointed with no product or intention of ever shopping at the entire chain again. - a once loyal customer.
