  When we arrived, everyone one of our suggestions were shut down - "We can't do that." At one point we decided on a particular colour being advertised, and they didn't even have that colour!

  Had my nails done and the shellac started peeling off after a day. They are very rushed and do not do a professional job with too many cutting corners activities and untrained staff who are hit and miss.

  Not going back! One staff member was nice the rest were not so nice. My friend and i were over charged by $15 because they put shellac on our nail without asking. I was in a rush and they took all the time in the world. Also i do not like the way my nails turned out at all, shape and the way they were put on.

  I am currently taking off my nails since I need my fingers clean for work, and the first nail came off, revealing such a horrible mess to my actual nails. They filed them back so hard and roughly that my nails are nearly split horizontally, giving no protection to my fingers.

  I haven't even had my nails done for a full week and two have come off, there are 3 longer than all the others, I got coffin shaped but for some reason half of them are round? I was in here for 3 hours and within those 3 hours 4 other customers came through and got served, my best friends nails were in pain the next day because of how rough they were DO NOT COME HERE

  never again! the staff weren't friendly at all! I feel like the service was rushed. Did not like how my nails turned out, i spoke to staff but did not do anything about it.

  If you want a decent job done, good value for money, and healthy nails afterwards, I recommend everywhere EXCEPT for Professionails at Grand Central.

  When we went back, we were met with glares and dirty attitudes. They made a half-hearted attempt at redoing them, and while it was mildly better, they used the wrong nail polish for my nails.

  When we finally found something they could do (read, "something we could have done ourselves"), they did such a horrible job that we had to go back and get them redone. The nails weren't even lengthed. My friend's were all streaky. We paid $68 each for something we could have done better ourselves.
