  Pure Hair on Hume were recommended by a friend and I am over the moon with the service, style, colour and advice that I received during my first appointment. Brittany blew my mind with her understanding, skills and creativity. She took the time to chat with me through every step of the process and the end result is AMAZING!!! A great, funky, easy to manage style with super bright, beautiful colours.

  So I am brand new in Toowoomba, needed a haircut and walked in to Pure Hair. There wasn't a single customer in the salon and I was told that they were fully booked out for he day. Dumbfounded I asked them if they could fit me in somehow seeing that every single chair was empty. The girl tells me that all their Seniors were on lunch and wouldn't be able to fit me in. Worst service ever, will never go back there EVER.

  The most friendly welcoming salon I have come across. All the hairdressers are lovely and the service is relaxed and amazing. The products they use are sensational and make your hair feel soft and shiny. Worth waiting for to get your appointment!

  I hadn't had a cut or colour for near 20 years and I was after a big change. I wanted a funky cut and some bright colours, and having dark hair I had no idea if that was even possible. Also I had been 'no-poo' for 5 years so I was nervous about finding a hair dresser who understood my approach and was also happy to guide me into a new era with my hair.

  Jillian did the most amazing job on my hair today, I'm so happy & grateful! I was nervous but excited to have my hair permanently straightened but the time & money were most definitely worth it. Jillian was really lovely & calm, yet so focused on doing the best job possible. I drive an hour & a half to see her and it's so worth it, I won't go anywhere else. Thank you so much Jillian, I couldn't be happier!

  Absolutely amazing salon! Customer service was excellent from booking my appointment right down to walking out the door. My colour was beautiful, the cut was class & I felt amazing walking out the door. Greta is a gem & I can't wait for next appointment. Thank you Pure Hair!
