Such a wonderful, pampering experience going to Snipettes. Kay and the whole team take extra care to make you feel special and walk out of the salon feeling a million bucks!

Really disappointed really. Booked a week in advance to get hair done for a performance. And i was made to wait almost 2hrs and still no service. .... I rang because i was 5 minutes late. But they didn't communicate with me to let me know they were running behind. I waited from 10:05am and ended up leaving at 11:45 because i had other plans that i needed to attend to. Luckly i found a different hairdresser in such short notice for a cheaper price also. Sorry but communication for me is important. It's what customer service is all about and you guys lacked it that day.

Been my salon of choice for years and couldn't be happier with the high level of service I always receive. Kay's skills are second to none.
