  I have been here for many tests now, and always find the process and staff wonderful to deal with. They are always polite and efficient, and the new site is great.

  I have had a serious misdiagnosis and would never go here again. It delayed colon cancer treatment and could have been fatal. On receiving my complaint they apologised for a stuff up of a previous CT scan, not the one I complained about. How slack is that.....I don't want to give any stars but it won't post without one! Also....the rating should be 2.6 stars according to my maths....

  Comfortable waiting room. Little hard to find parking when busy. About 14 parks on site.

  I had an X-ray & ultrasound done on November 24 & was told not to,wait for the results as they would be sent to my doctor. At my doctor appointment today she had not received the results and had to ring twice to get them sent through. As a result of the incompetence of the X-ray staff I had to wait another hour for my results to come through & as a result missed another appointment. As I live 40kms from town and now have to reschedule my second appointment I am not happy at all.

  Discretion is certainly not a strong suit. The receptionist announced my personal and sensitive information in front of a full waiting room. My privacy was not considered at all and I found the service to be not only lacking but blatantly rude.
