    Went to the range medical centre most of my childhood and returned home for a visit before I went overseas. I had some tests done and received a call to say there was abnormalities. They would not give me the test results without an appointment, but I was leaving the country the next day for a long period of time, which they knew about. so they charged me $60 for a 3 minute phone conversation to tell me what was wrong. I was upset because I felt as if my results were being held ransom - pay for a phone conversation.... or never know what is wrong with you.

    Absolutely horrible. If I could give less than one star I would. Waiting with a sick two year old for well over an hour, watching patient after patient been seen, arriving well after I had. Complete cock up. Wont be back.
