  Went in to ask if a part could be ordered for my bissell little green in which they stock there and was rudely told that they are not like a car place where they stock parts. Will not be going back and will not recommend this place to anyone. Very rude staff member.

  I have found the post sale support extremely disappointing, I purchased a reasonably expensive vacuum and have had to return it three times in the last year.

  The initial repair was faulty, the regional manager who is empowered to address the issue has failed to contact me regarding the matter, and the customer service team do not have the authority to assist.
