  So bad do not recommend. Had to ask for porta cot that was meant to be in our room porta cot was filthy had huge brown stains all over the sides would not put my child in it. Walking to the door of the room there was large puddles of dry liquid all around the entrance of the room that was super sticky and you had to walk threw it. As soon as we walked it noticed it stunk and the floors where filthy like they were not even vaccumed or mopped. At first we dismissed it until we found our 11 month old son had found a beer cap lid on the floor and had this in his mouth I lost it. There was also broken glass in front and beside the mini fridge a large screw on the floor and stains on the sheets and dryed stains all over the blankets that I had first pulled out of the cupboard as soon as I entered the room the dried stuff resemble semen or snot don't want to know really. And the only blanket in the cupboard that looked clean stunk. There was also soap sprayed all over the side of the bath and the mirrors where so dirty. I had had enough for a room we were paying $150 a night for I wasn't staying so we got our stuff and I asked the lady behind the counter for a refund I would not stay there she straight away got defensive and said we were picky. Ended up having to have a very heated argument with her. She was extremely rude with horrible customer service skills. I ended up walking out and she refunded our two nights after me telling her I would call who I have to if she kept refusing. Was there for a wedding who another from the wedding also stayed there and there room were also very disappointing as well. Ended up staying at the country gardens at Toowoomba the lady the had only been the 2 weeks she was so lovely and helpful and the room was emaculent.

  Excellent motel. A spacious room with very comfortable beds and a reasonably sized bathroom. Stands out from similarly priced motels. Breakfast was included.
