    Stayed here as this is were our family stays. Great customer service were really lovely and helpful rooms were emaculent. Will stay here when we come back to Toowoomba

    Good beds and newly built with quality fit out. Good location off main road but still close to everything.

    Pleasent hotel. Very accommodating staff.

    Acommodation was clean and comfortable, however even though they say they have free internet it is next to useless.

    Nice place to stay for a short business trip. Rooms are clean, have really high roofs and some with stained glass windows up high which add a nice touch. Bathroom is clean, but a bit dated.. old school showerhead etc. Given that Toowoomba has a tight water supply, I think water saving showerheads would be a better idea.
