  I ordered a salad which came without a fork. There were no straws to drink with. When the girl serving the food was asked for both she rudely told us they were at the front which they weren't. She then ignored me and filled other orders whilst I still waited for a fork. I then asked the other girl the counter for s fork the first one rudely said ok I'm getting it. She then threw it across the counters at me. I told her her attitude sucked!

  Fast food is a tiring business, so all who are complaining about bad service sure thats not good, however they're still human so they get tired and with that comes a short temper. And food can't be fresh all the time and most likely wont be unless specified. This is fast food so the food is stored in a heating area until required, so everyone can get their food and move along. Your meals obviously won't be perfect all the time especially at lunch because there's plenty more ppl who are ordering, so your order can't be perfect, come back later on and order and then your food will be what you're requesting and whining about!

  Slow service, although meals are great. A good place to have a fast food chain in a busy shopping centre.

  Ordered 2 big mac meals, happy meal, chicken n mayo burger, happy meal & a apple pie. Firstly, big macs tasted like dog food. Lettuce was foul too. Apple pie was stone cold! Drinks didn't have ice either. Will be contacting manager tomorrow
