  Highfields McDonalds is horribly the worse Maccas ever. Constant delays. Poor customer sevice. Meals are thrown together and are rarely right. Drive the extra 15mins into Toowoomba for a better Maccas experience.

  The Ruthven Street McDonalds has friendly staff, is generally kept well clean and has ample and sensibly arranged parking as well as a good drive through.

  Placed order at 12.10pm. Some food brought out at 12.12pm and i waited the 2 minutes i was told the rest would be brought out. After 5 minutes i started eating cold food. At 12.30 i left and demanded my money back for the food i that was never delivered. 20 minutes. Pathetic service. Cold food. To much ice in drink if i could give no stars i would. Wont be back.

  What can you say about a McDonald's? They thrive on sameness but at least that way you can count on what to expect.

  The only negative is the number of clients who choose to leave containers & such on the ground rather than put them in the ample bins.

  We were very excited to see the new build go up and, overnight, flourish into a McDonald's but so disappointed when we first visited. This is the new McDonald's which has just been built, just off the Motorway at Plainland.
