We had a lovely stay at Vacy Hall. The staff were very friendly and helpful- especially as I booked 6 rooms for my son's wedding and had to change things a few times. Sue couldn't do enough to help us on our arrival and let us use the garden to do a run through of the ceremony with the celebrant. The room was large and the bed super comfy. I felt very spoiled and pampered as the mother of the groom! I would recommend Vacy Hall to anyone looking for a special time away in beautiful Toowoomba- especially the rooms with the fireplaces!

Unbelievably beautiful! Just like something from a fairytale. Stayed there the night before my university graduation and it made my celebration that much more perfect. I will definitely be back, for more than just one night next time. You can have a magical holiday without even leaving your room! I won't upload any photos, because they really don't do Vacy Hall justice.

We have stayed at the enchanting Vacy Hall on numerous occasions over the past six years. The house and gardens are lovingly maintained and presented every time we visit. The attention to detail is nothing short of magnificent with plush bedding and linens, beautiful furniture and fireplaces. This is a wonderful way to steep yourself in a bygone era with all modern comforts whilst keeping an amazing building alive and well. Graham, Sue and the staff are ever helpful and accommodating. Look forward to our next encounter.

Vacy Hall sets the bar for boutique hotels that I have yet to see surpassed. It is a unique historic building designed with innovative features to cater to the local environment, well ahead of its time. Historic features are retained, restored and cherished. Quality decorations include artworks from famous Australian artists, antique furniture and museum type artefacts. The grounds and gardens are well maintained and complement the ambience of the building. A stay at Vacy Hall is a very special experience and Toowoomba should be proud to have such a show case establishment.

We loved our stay. Our host was very welcoming & friendly. Great service at a beautiful & elegant place. Breakfast was enormous enough for two. Toowoomba was fascinating to see & explore. We would love to come back.
