  Dont rent through coronis. Good with everthing else but theres one property manager that treated us like dirt. We were perfect tennants as they told us a number of times during our 16 month tenancy but when it comes time to get your bond refund thats when the problems start. We had a flawless bond inspection no damage no nothing,the house was cleaner than when we moved in. Its now into the second week since we moved out and it will be into the 3rd week before we will see our bond refund in our bank account. Due to the complete incompitence of our last property manager she has caused us a lot of unnessisary stress and worry. Then on top of all this she has tacked on a water usage bill that we requested many times to pay during our tenancy even though the owner of the property said she was going to pay with her rates bill, we were more than willing to pay for our share but the owner insisted on taking care of it but no a final thankyou kick in the guts by coronis. So do yourselves a favour and save yourself a lot of stress and worry dont rent through coronis. One star rating because thats the lowest the rating goes. Im happy to have nothing more to do with coronis and will be happier when i finally see our bond back in our account.

  House Estate Agent have a great property management team. My partner and I rent out our investment property with them and I carry out work for them in my business.   We had Kimberly Sell our house. She was honest, enthusiastic and very professional. She communicated with us all the way through even after contract was signed which was imoportant to us. Thanks guys.
