  Some of the food is quite delicious, but it's unnecessarily slow. Staff are uncommunicative about ordering process and wait times.

  Went to Primitivo for lunch on Sunday while visiting for the flower festival. It was late for lunch, around 2pm and the place was empty but the char grill smelled good so we went in. The service was indifferent, neither good nor bad. The food was good. They closed the door and started cleaning up and going home while we ate. Actually, the service was poor really. We felt like they just wanted us to go away so they could go home. That and the empty room made for a pretty joyless meal. I wouldn't go back.

  This is a an excellent spot for dinner if you like eating meat. We started with the chicken wings and then shared the chunk of lamb, chunk of beef and a bean sprout salad. The meat was tender, cooked to perfection and served with delicious accompaniments and sauces. It was very good value with BYO and the 5% discount for cash was a bonus.
