  Work interstate, live here in beautiful Toowoomba. By far the worst Telstra shop I have experienced in 2 states. Agree with most of these reviews, rude, condescending staff, customers just get in the way of their fully paid social gathering (how dare we). Telstra are struggling with reliability issues and the public have little faith in their customer care issues, shops and staff like those at Grand Central are just setting these perceptions in stone

  I was disappointed with them today. Went in to replace phone with new phone feeling the old phone was in perfect condition except for a tiny chip on the home button (a pin size chip) they said that it was not good enough. Went to Clifford gardens they said not a problem it's in excellent condition.
