  Went in yesterday, 12 Dec to ask for help with my Telstra prepaid. One worker was walking around, another was with a customer while another dissapeared out the back. While taking my enquirie the sales assistant or whatever they call themselves was acting preoccupied and bored. While I was trying to explain my dilemma she was calling out above me. Took my number and said shed call when they were free. Never called and still havent today. Disgraceful customer service.

  After daring to complain about the 90 minute wait we were told by the charming Chloe that we could leave the shop and go buy a modem fromBig W. I asked to see the manager who never appeared. An embarrassment to the company which usually has great service. Tell people upfront that it will be a two hour wait!

  Reception is abrupt and aloof. Simple things are made very difficult. Waiting time very long. when appointments are made the Telstra personnel are often late. When I did get to talk with their Tech lady she was very helpful but it took a lot of effort to get there. The branch phone is never answered and I have left 3 message to get a call back and no one has called. In general I feel the general attitude this store gives of to its customers is the most frustrating thing to deal with.

  waited for over an hour, to then be told to come back another timecame back 2 days later with same result. made an appointment for the following week. arrived 10 min early after waiting for 45min I walked out. bloke with the laptop and attitude needs an uppercut.

  Currently waiting in store after making appointment two days earlier for 12:45, during my lunch. Arrived to be told that the person who logged the appointment had it down for 2pm. Asked if I could take a seat someone won't be long. That was nearly an hour ago.
