  Terrible, very bad customer service, ordered a spare part was told it was going to be a couple of day, it was two weeks and in the mean time when I contacted the shop to find out where it was they said they would ring me back and inform me on a ETA, they never did contact me back, when the part did come in it was incorrect and they tried to make me buy another incorrect part, then when they worked out the correct part they said it would be then another week, pretty sad when they are the dealer for the parts of their bikes, I will never shop here again, I will always go else where.

  Always a cheerful greating in store along with good service. Making it a joy to own a Honda.My next new Honda in a couple of months.From Toowoomba Motorcycles for sure.

  Have had a wonderful time in this shop, the staff are awesome and very helpful as well as being patient with me. Finally bought my bike today and all the necessary equipment the whole team took time to work through all the options with me and they gave me a decent discount as well.
